MERRILL, MI - The newly named Great Lakes Super Sprints presented by Engine Pro and ARP is pleased to release the 2020 schedule with 21 races scheduled in Michigan and a few other races still being negotiated.

Opening our 2020 campaign a week earlier than normal, we will be visiting our adopted home track of I-96 Speedway (Lake Odessa, MI) on Friday, April 24th. Hoping to get the dust knocked off early and get ready for our second straight year of racing head to head with the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour two weeks later.

A weekend to mark on your calendars will be May 8th and 9th as GLSS and ASCS square off for two big nights of racing, supported by an all sprint cast both nights of 360 Wing racing along with Great Lakes Traditional Sprints presented by Comp Cams 410 non-wing sprints and the inaugural running of the Great Lakes Lightning Sprints presented by Maxima Racing Oils 1,000 cc winged sprints! A full weekend of all sprints both nights!

With a week off, we move to our first of 4 visits to Tri-City Motor Speedway in Auburn, MI on Friday night of Memorial Weekend, May 22nd. On night 2 of our triple header weekend, we travel a short 70 miles southwest to Crystal Motor Speedway for our first of 2 visits in 2020. On Saturday June 20th, GLSS is excited to make our first of 3 visits in 2020 to the Battle Grounds of Butler Motor Speedway where we have been absent from, since our inaugural season in 2016.
